Provides administrative support and education coordination for the Medical Nutrition Medical Affairs function.
Education coordination/support- Supports the execution of all education program types, including internal and external speaker events and webinars. includes invitation generation, speaker contract communication, speaker travel arrangements, formatting speaker presentations, manage education section of BOX
Learning Management system support including troubleshooting issues, generating reports, maintaining and adding new content
Budget support for head of medical affairs PO creation and invoice processing, report generation
o Includes POs for grants and consumer care
Reimbursement Payment Submissions Works in conjunction with Market Access and manages the communication process required to gain government reimbursement approval for Nestle products. Manages the details associated with a government HCPCS categorization application with PDAC submission, including generates applications, compiles all product labels and marketing literature, creates former versus new formula comparisons (if a product is reformulated), obtains internal approvals and signatures through routing process, sends document packet to the governing agency, and updates reimbursement documents for posting on the NEST.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate or Bachelor s degree
3 years administrative assistant/department coordinator experience
