We currently have an opportunity for a large healthcare services provider located Newtown Square, PA. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need a qualified, data entry and customer support orientated candidate with experience preferably in healthcare to help the business continue to grow! This is a temporary role slated about 1 year, based upon the needs of the business, with a potential for longer term. This is not a commissioned sales position. This position is an opportunity for you learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: Shift Start/End Time: Varies from 8am EST to 8pm EST with weekend and holiday commitments

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative support duties in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department. The position works under the specific instruction and direction of one or more higher level staff and may provide administrative support to an individual department. Incumbents are regularly responsible for dealing professionally with confidential information while performing several aspects of assigned work. Specific tasks may be answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation and otherwise relieving those supported of minor administrative tasks. Works under general supervision.

Specific Duties:

  1. Client communications

  2. Internal communications/requests - client, teams, and departmental

  3. Scheduling of meetings with team and/or client

  4. Utilizing our applications for case research

  5. Ensuring all internal processes are followed as well as remaining HIPAA compliant

  6. Additional responsibilities within scope of position

Working hours: Multiple Shifts (M-F)


Must have qualifications/experience:

  1. Customer Service

  2. Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel

  3. Excellent verbal and communication skills

  4. Team player/support

  5. Ability to function independently and multi-tasking

  6. Ability to type 45wpm accurately
