Your Responsibilities:Join a high-energy, newly created team that drives digital first innovation strategies and partners with brands to build new capabilities for delivering greater value to our Patients and Caregivers.. You will play a key role in developing deep insights into consumer utilization of digital and social tools. You will play a key role in developing deep insights into consumer utilization of digital and social tools. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our efforts supporting digital strategies across GSK Pharma, and our vision to transform the experience of our Patients.

You will lead social media acceleration across US Pharma – taking overall responsibility social strategy, KPIs, and pull through for Consumer efforts working with key brands.

Be responsible for establishing an integrated social and digital media strategy across the US business.

Drive a step change in social media marketing capabilities, driving the commercial performance of brand websites/social media/mobile platforms

Establish and build social media capability for Consumers/Patients in the brand teams and stakeholders, including activation, on line advertising, consumer database segmentation and email marketing, mobile, and retailer online integration strategies.

Design and lead social media listening and analytical efforts

-Create executive summary reports on progress and highlights for all social media activations across brands

-Engage consumer marketing teams across key brands to develop social investment plans and bring established social/digital strategies to life

Provide forums for education and sharing of best practices to marketing teams, executive leadership and cross functional resources.

Partner with the Consumer Digital Experience & Innovation team in the roll out plans for digital technology choices via pilots and proof of concepts

Inspire the marketing brand teams and grow teams capability through leading by example and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree

6 years digital/social/omnichannel marketing and/or agency experience with a commercial focus, including digital strategy and digital analytics

Preferred qualifications:8+ years digital/social/omnichannel marketing and/or agency experience with a clear commercial focus, including digital strategy and digital analytics.

Agency management experience.

Understanding of the technical aspects of interactive marketing strategy and database management, including website design, production and usability, analytics, lead generation and management, e-mail campaigns online advertising, social medial platforms, search and emerging technologies

Demonstrated experience in digital media and social media metrics

Experience with social listening research and administration of enterprise social media platforms

Proven influence and negotiation skills to convince stakeholders to take action based on analytics and insights.

Proven partnership skills with experience working in a complex matrix environment across Brands team and managing the interface of matrix and Global internal relationships

Management of teams and/or groups of individuals. Ability to align internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work effectively with changing priorities with multiple, time sensitive priorities.
